Appeals

In accordance with Section 152 of the Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Code of Administrative Procedure, as amended, appeals against the TIAA decisions can be submitted, verbally in the protocol, in writing, or electronically at the delivery address of TIAA within 15 days from the date of notification of the decision. Against the decisions of the TIAA issued pursuant to the Section 42i of Act No. 49/1997 Coll. on Civil Aviation, as amended, appeals cannot be submitted.

It also may be appealed against decisions of the chairperson of the TIAA towards the employees of the TIAA to the Deputy Minister of the Interior for civil service in the cases stipulated by Act No. 234/2014 Coll. on Civil Service, as amended, within 15 days from the date of notification of the decision.

Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Code of Administrative Procedure, as amended, in Section 16 Language of the procedure provides that communication within the procedure under this Code shall be carried out and documents executed in the Czech and/or Slovak language.
